Limassol Hotels Booking Terms
The information and photos featured in this site are accurate to the best of
our knowledge and based on the information given to us from the owners of the
Limassol hotels. We will endeavour to make your stay as pleasant
and enjoyable as possible and deal with any possible customer complains but can
not be held responsible for any minor inaccuracies to the information given.
Cancellation of a booking
In the event of cancellation made 23 - 1 days in prior, a cancellation
fee equal with 3 nights accommodation payment will be charged to your account.
Difference will be refunded.
No refunds will be given for accommodations aborted early or cancellations
made after the starting night.
Changing of a confirmed booking
Changing the date or the status of a confirmed booking is not always
possible, however every effort will be made in order to fulfil this request, at
an extra administration fee of €17.00 per change.
Complaints Policy
Complaints received after quests departure will not be accepted.
Checking-in
The official accommodation night starts from 12 noon until 12 noon the
next day. e.g: If you are arriving in Cyprus on the 2nd July at 03.00
morning, your commencing night should be the 1st July.
Checking-Out
The official accommodation night ends 12 noon
Breakfast & Meals
Prices of hotels are per person (unless otherwise indicated in the price list
of each hotel) and include breakfast and all taxes. Please refer to the price
list for H/B (Half Board) and F/B (Full Board) prices
Air-conditioning
All prices of hotels include air-conditioning & heating in the rooms at no
extra charge (except for the apts)
